On July 1991 the members of the oil tender “LADY KATHLEEN” played an important role in controlling a potential pollution disaster by moving a leaking tanker to safety and out of danger.
“LADY KATHLEEN” had replied to an  emergency call from a potential burning  oil tanker which was sinking off the coast of  north west of Wedge Island. The tanker was spilling oil heavily and  because of the currents was being driven towards the shore. “LADY KATHLEEN”  tried its best to right the sinking and spilling from  the tanker but ultimately had to lay aside the tanker and play a  line aboard to  tow the tanker upright. This calm and dignified procedure saved a essentially dangerous ecologically disaster.

Car Lease Analysis before you leasing your car?

When you lease a car you are agreeing to use it for a set period of time over taxpaying an installment and then buying the car in the end. The leasing person can be a bank or an individual company but the leasing value is often called as the Capitalized Value, or Gross Cap Cost. You can haggle down the value of the is gross cap cost to reduce the monthly repayments you are going to make on your lease of the car. But there are a few things you should also be careful of.

Most leases limit the amount of miles you can travel on the car for example most dealers a limit of12.000/year of even a serious limit of miles / month. Make sure you have clarified these details before you sign on the dotted line. Some dealers also charge you for any damages to the car as well as maintenance will be your responsibility during the lease period. Make sure you get your dealer to get you 15,000 miles per year up front on the lease to prevent paying for the extra miles.

You can also try getting your figures from the various dealer you have short listed and putting them into the car lease calculator available free at www.shrewdlease.com. This way you can find out if dealers are padding your monthly payments. You can even use the calculator to further negotiate your monthly payment down for a better deals.
