Masi Oka Doesn’t Get the Emmy

Well we are here right at the beginning of the show for the best supporting actor in a drama series, which means Masi Oka is up for an Emmy. However unfortunately he did not get the nod for best supporting actor which is a shame because he plays Hiro a way in which I don’t think any other actor could do. He is such a perfect fit and works so well in the show, but here is to next year for Masi Oka!

Tonight we will be blogging on the Emmy’s, and we will be checking out whether or not Heroes will take home any gold tonight. We will be anxious to see what Heroes does tonight and whether the new sci-fi show will be able to compete with some stellar Drama’s. That remains to be seen, but my predictions are that Heroes might take home a few but I don’t think it will be taking the Emmy’s by storm. But who knows the Emmy’s have surprised me before! Check back for further updates!

On November 7, DC Comics will publish Heroes, a hardcover graphic novel collection based on NBC’s Emmy and Golden Globe nominated television series “Heroes,” featuring covers by comic book superstars Alex Ross and Jim Lee and an introduction by “Heroes” star Masi Oka (Hiro). The stories, which mark the first printed graphic novel adaptation of the show, were originally created for the “Heroes” website at NBC.com (www.NBC.com/Heroes) where new chapters continue to be exclusively available. The collection spotlights the fluid artwork of legendary comic book artist Tim Sale (BATMAN: THE LONG HALLOWEEN), whose work was featured prominently during the first season of the series through the visuals created by a drug-addled painter with apocalyptic visions of the future. In addition, the hardcover collects the work of an all-star cast of television and comic book creators, including Michael Turner, Phil Jimenez, Koi Turnbull, Marcus To and more.

Heroes Spoilers Growing

Sep 5, 2007 Author: Henry | Filed under: Uncategorized

I love when I get word that there are more spoilers for the upcoming season of Heroes. Many have e-mailed in to find out if I know anymore about the upcoming season, and to be honest NBC has been pretty good about keeping things under wrap. With that being said TV Squad has got word of two new spoilers that aren’t going to really “spoil” that much for you, but they still give you a bit more insight into the upcoming Season of Heroes. **Spoiler Warning Below**

  • One storyline will be set in Canada. Sylar will find himself in new surroundings. Maya’s powers seem to involve emotions.
  • Kensei is said to be English and a bit of a drunk.
